If Kowa expects sales reps to successfully launch the new co-promote or whatever it is they need to tell sales reps sooner. Once the offices that the sales reps will have to call on 2024 calendar open they get full fast! I know the sale reps will get blamed if this happens but we all know.

sales reps can only do so much. They produce the revenue for the company and are again left out and told at a later date then that’s NOT on them.

“the direction” lol sounds like a tone deaf district manager response… Do you remember “the direction” of SEG launch? Sale reps were told to focus on stocking every single pharmacy for a WHOLE QUARTER. The upper management finally realized pharmacy’s won’t automatically order an opioid unless they see a SCRIPT.

My point is the primary care offices lunch and breakfast calendar will open soon and get booked FAST. Sales reps will be neglected yet again and their job on the line. While the district managers does nothing but micro manage.
