Korn Ferry is the worst recruiting company I've ever dealt with!

Since there's a lot of information on another thread about Korn Ferry, recruiting company for Novartis, I thought I would start it's own separate thread.

A question was asked on the other thread to name your idiotic Korn Ferry recruiter by name.

I'll start. Elizabeth "Ashley" Dement was the most unprofessional recruiter I've ever spoken to. From my own experiences with her and the experiences of other reps she's dealt with, here are a few things she's done: ghosted everyone after telling them they're moving on to the virtual interview, she's completely forgotten interview times, she interrupted an interview and said she had to get a call on the other line, etc etc.

I'm sure that you also suck at your job. Imagine if one of the many people that think you suck called you out by name on the web? You think that wouldn't show up in a google search? You have every right to be upset, but you're a real asshole for calling someone out by name.

Sounds like sour grapes to me.

Jaclyn Perry in the west was horrible as well.

This company, either Novartis or Korn Ferry, should take note.

I'm so very happy they sucked at their jobs. One week after interviewing with the dumbass chick from Korn Ferry, I received a much better offer. Please, keep doing your jobs poorly

I actually thought Ashley was very nice and professional. Some people will complain about anything.

Ashley was nice, but only when you had the opportunity to speak with her. Look at the complaints above--she completely forgot about appointment times for interviews she scheduled. With numerous people. I heard with one person, she forgot the appointment time on 2 different occasions and wouldn't reply to any sort of communication by that rep.

Right in the middle of another reps phone screen, she took a call from her kids school, told the rep she would call them back, and took over 30 minutes to do so. She then went on to explain it was no emergency.

Told another rep they lived too far from a territory to apply, yet ended up sending to an interview another rep with 6 whole weeks experience selling Entresto. The rep that was sent to the interview lived in the same area.

This is not to mention the many, many individuals she told were moving forward to the next step in the process. Then.....nothing for up to 2 weeks.

These examples include 4 PC winners. It seems Novartis didn't want to hire anyone who had contract experience promoting Entresto for very long. All of the reps I've heard about who were hired from the old contract team had less than 2 years experience contracting to NVS. NVS probably doesn't want them with much experience on the contract, since they're eye-witnesses to the piss-poor way NVS always treated contract people.

I know there were a couple of reps who were able to go from contract to direct with NVS, but the thing they had in common is that they're major ass-kissers!
