Manufacturing management is the absolute poorest. They have no leadership skills and no inherent or latent ability to be leaders.
They have zero understanding of the term "leadership". The management is so bad that they think their solutions would help the department succeed. Instead their poor decisions make people leave even faster. What a bunch of fucking bozo doorknobs
I really hope that the current leaders never leave and take their toxic leadership qualities anywhere else. They need to be confined to kite forever. A good majority of them happen to hold positions inside of manufacturing too which sucks for the cell therapy slaves that they overwork on the daily
The managers are so fucking bad they dont even know how to hire people that can get the job done. They like to hire females that they can stare at and undress with their eyes, this place is a fucking "me too movement" waiting to happen.
There is so much more negative things to say about management at this shithole of a place.
