agree. pfizer will market Remoxy and take a lot if business from Purdue. Doctors will be happy to support anyone other than Purdue because of how Purdue handled the marketing of Oxycontin, the abuse and diversion of Oxycontin, the guilty plea by Purdue and the pathetic reformulation. How can you be so cynical on Butrans. Remember Palladone? (oops). How about Ultram (oops). How about creating a Hospital Specilaity division lead by MI to handle another blockbuster (oops). Spectracef (oops)

Damn, maybe youare right. I am sure someone can come up with some winners

Well I just did a search for Butrans abuse.

Looks like junkies are already talking about putting a patch on, then jumping into the jacuzzi to get a "rush" from what the heat does to the patch.

80% of the Buprenorphine is leftover in the patch even if used properly, so there is going to be a lot of dumpster diving at the hospitals to get the rolled/hairy patches.
