I work in HQ - Kim fights with everyone, just toxic!!! She constantly says her counterparts are all incompetent and it’s their fault nobody getting bonus.

Unfortunately, my group in HQ has to work with Kim. She is beyond difficult, negative and openly criticizes her peers and leadership.

Get on one of her monthly Connecting with Kim calls. She shows up late and then spends 45 min telling everyone how good she is! Absolute waste of time!

I was on an internal call with her this week discussing new capabilities. She is so rude, Interupts everyone while speaking to everyone like they are inferior to her.

Has anyone seen her “in office and out of office email response!?!?” Unless your name is Shalaby or Mignon, she won’t respond.

That has my experience and other teams, no engagement at all. She should be fired, just a disgrace.
