Anyone at the meeting sit in a class where they said listen to this guy he is a international award winner? I liked to threw up just knowing the guy. Hasnt brought much as for volume and gets back to back awards because of low sales. Man that guy really sucks. Not liked by very many people. But he will certainly tell you how good he is. Thank god for novartis change so dont have to be around him anymore. Just all about himself.
 












This company is a joke, the people with low goals and low volumes when the awards now, that does not make sense that is not SALES PEOPLE!!!! I thought sales was the more you bring in the more you make, but here it is the the more you bring in the more they expect you to make up for what the idiot territories are suppose to be doing. Bunch of BS!!!! Wake up Novartis, pay your top performers and get rid of the low hanging fruit and the territories with low goals and the ones they don't bring in very many scripts, they don't help the bottom line, why don't you get this??? WAKE UP
 






dont know the guy but does seem if you have a low volume you win awards. girl on our team had the lowest volume and won in our district. shes a good rep but going from 3% to 6% and for 200% and going from our highest volume person 22% to 44% to have the same percent to growth is BS.

No kidding. I had the highest volume for the 2 main products & the low volume reps always ranked higher. A few years ago when it was based on volume & growth it was fair.
