What are your thoughts regarding the Key Account Program for the Companion Animal Division? Do KAMs help uncover new business or help TBMs implement new programs? Do you think the Key Account Program might be cut?
 












Entirely dependant on the KAM. The good ones bring a new level of partnership to the practice, and help drive the business forward. Unfortunately, they are the exception.

Used to be they were a very qualified and talented group. Most have moved on. Now just about anyone can be a SAM and offer nothing exceptional to the customer or the team. Sad but the way it is. Turnover is a HUGE issue - hell just look at south florida.
