Steve leaves, Radenbaugh gets canned, O’keefe retires. Sounds like the Astellas culture continues to be destroyed. AND TO HAVE LISA N REPLACE KEVIN?? Lynn’s credibility just went in the toilet. If you ever worked under Lisa when she was ASD you will know what I mean. She held last place as an ASD for multiple years. Maybe she’ll take the sales force and put them on a stage and tell them this is what it looks and feels like to be on stage as a Summit Winner....w tears running down her face!!

Worked for Lisa N as a rep in the old Mid America, it was honestly the worst experience I’ve had in Pharma. She’s disingenuous, and many reps can easily see through her fake leadership style. BIG MISTAKE by Astellas. This decision will accelerate their demise.

I worked for Lisa, she told us to stop promoting Vesicare (not company direction) only say we had Myrbetriq samples. So lie to the providers. Also, legal got involved. While she said she’d take responsibility during her picture yourself bullsh@t thing she does. she never did and three ppl under the bus.

I would trust Captian Hook giving me a prostate exam of her “leadership”. She’s only out for herself. She also incompetent.

Remember the time as Area director at our POA and no one won an award that year. Her bright idea was she took her whole area to a ball room that had a stage and told everyone to get on stage. She then gave us this long speech about winning. Her reason for putting us all on stage was…..”I want you all to feel what it’s like being on stage and winning an award. I know we can do it next year.” Then she started to cry!!!! And now she’s a VP!
