All the research supports most, not all people are more productive in the office. It is the reason many major companies are starting to demand employees return to the office. It takes a remarkably disciplined person to work from home full time. Some companies have incredible software that can track pretty much your every move. Not sure what ES does. It’s the same reason people fight geo-grids. Nobody wants to be tracked but if people really worked as hard as they say they work, these companies tracking employees would be out of business. COVID changed many things.

They old a division, launched a product that noone wants with less people, acquired product that failed in other companies and then told a really cute tory of continuing cancer care. In reality noone of it works our products suck. The ship is sinking and these consultants should go- they don’t understand the market. Cancer care is not a story to be told by consumers ask the academic institutions what they need and want. Such failed leadership so disappointing.
