Well if we spent our energy driving the business instead of filling out more financial analysis spreadsheets, the results might be better. Leadership seems oblivious and the external accountants are running us ragged— of course while creating more billable work for themselves.

Exactly. Although you don’t need a spreadsheet to see our SG&A is 10 points higher than Haleon for a similar business. That bloat has to be let go immediately

nothing like borrowing from the future to attempt to make your quarterly numbers and not set up the company for future growth and success. The whole KLT is over their heads.
