Get ready to all those looking to get into Forest labs in Kentucky. We were recently introduced to our new manager a few months ago and all of our nightmares are true. Excessive micromanager and absolutely awful to work for. I have been with Forest basically my entire professional career and have had great managers but recently my manager was demoted for trying to protect a (idiotic) rep. My last four managers were awesome and life at Forest has always been fun, exciting, and our entire team loved it. We now have a first time manager that we hate hearing from and avoid at all costs. I mean really, a 22 minute voice mail that sounds like an answering machine is not motivation. This dude is an unpersonal ROBOT and would fit in great working for Xerox. All the excitement and fun exited our team within the first two weeks of his arrival. Upper management is getting ready to be hit with a huge surprise when their prize rep leaves due to this guy (unfortunetely not me, I'm still interviewing) After multiple president club's i never thought i would say this but its time for me to exit as well! Now we have the typical robotic manager with zero personality that we refuse to work with. After speaking to my team from around the state it looks like 75% of the team fills the same way. Im confident that in real life numbers that 75% will equal out to about 50% of our sales force looking to leave. If your wanting in with Forest stay tuned, you'll get your chance. It's a great company that's just made a bad choice here. In time they usually weed out their mistakes so hopefully they'll fix this as well after we all leave!
