I am interviewing with Kendall Vascular Therapies-Vascular Therapies – Core Products: Dialysis and Compression for Chicago North:

The products will be Dialysis and Vascular Compression Products.

I was told by recruiter 110K first year gurantee then 55K and 115K-120K 2nd year. Top reps are 200-300K.

Can anyone fill me in one how this region may be doing. Any info on the divison in general, work environment. What happened to the previous rep. Turnover issues etc.

I am coming from a B2B sales job making about $80-90K with 50K base

previous rep - andrew, left organization. you'll be meeting with david hunt who has a b2b background. and you must be refered by Novasyte. what kind of b2b exp do you have an how many years?

I would like to undersand the current situtation managers performance, territory performance and why the rep left? Was the territory split and the rep left over money. I would choose not to disclose information about myself to prevent being identified. I mean you could be Mr Hunt I am responding too:)

I noticed this thread and I too am interviewing but for LA. There is not a lot about vascular which is good. Seems that no complaining means people are happy

Wow, I am totally surprised you don't know anything since you know Adam and managers name too. No worries. l am probably gonna pass on this one to be honest. More or less pratice interviewing.

I noticed this thread and I too am interviewing but for LA. There is not a lot about vascular which is good. Seems that no complaining means people are happy

Was at Kendall few years back before tyco oops I mean covidien bought them out. Kendall was a great company. Vascular core really all depends on territory. All the people I knew over there left. This type of a position is a dime a dozen. If you want to break into device this is a good start. If you have 5 or better years in B2B or medical there are better companies to work for.

what have you heard about him? he seems like a very nice and personable guy with a strong business sense. he does well and so do all of his reps. he's 100% loyal to his reps and will go to bat for them. cant get any better than that..

Not sure about chicago but you will be pulling teeth to make over 110K. 200-300K there are reps making that sure but not in vascular core not these days at least. Oh the glory days of the biz. Many Many competitors are closing in on this segment with lower cost and equal alternatives.

Andrew is a jackwad. He is a lazy recruiter and covidien is the Walmart of medical. The vascular job is a stepping stone, beginner position. Be ready to be micromanaged, fight with materials and look for a new job after a year

Surgical, spine, capital. Disposable jobs are the break in gig you do to get into the medical field. Very few reps make it a career, although it can be done. IMO, selling to nurses is a nightmare.
