You chose a career in sales so maybe you missed the memo that by doing so, you don't go into that profession with a sense of entitlement of salary and yearly merit bumps. If you're unhappy with the standard merit you received, then ask around and I think you'll find that other pharma companies are doing about the same. Those of us here that make bank on our I.C. plan would never be spouting off about such a thing. Go create your own success in your territory by differentiating your product from the competition, otherwise go work in a non sales type role.
Let them eat cake !2% increase ….. you swines

Good for you, what is the management like at your new job ?I used to work here and every now and then I like to pop in and see what is going on in the world of Teva. Not much has changed I see by the 2% raises. If you are in a sales role (field management or field rep) please do yourself a favor and leave! You will get a much higher salary and you will get more than a 2.5% merit increase. I left and got an offer paying 60K more than what I made at Teva. That is how much better it is outside the walls of Teva. Best of luck.
Nice to know the execs are also taking such low merit increases and bonuses like the rest of the company———-/sarc
