With the acquisition of karuna, has anyone heard any rumors? If you guys are going to build out a team to sell that drug? Do y'all have a neuro division or would it go under a different division?

Please tell me in all of your infinite brilliance where on Google to find internal rumors or Intel? For example, my homework has shown me that karuna doesn't currently have a Sales force hence my question about build out and any inside Intel. Or are you just wanting to be a jerk?

I don't why people responding have to be so rude. To the OP, it's too soon for any rumors with the company shutdown. However, with all the changes in 2023 it's likely that current employees may have an opportunity first. In Hematology we now have "overlay" reps that will have an option to move if they are interested in a position. The other thing to consider is the LOE for major brands over the next five years doesn't make BMS a stable employer.

Well...if I was to google Neuro and BMS, I might look at ZEPOSIA...which has a sales force...which may be a place for a potential neurological drug...see wasn't that hard.

Good chance that reps from other TAs will be moved to neuro. Especially from Opdivo, Zeposia, & CV. Too little time to hire between close of acquisition & launch in September. Despite the “wobbles” of 2023, BMS is still a good place to work. The grass is no greener elsewhere.

Who cares what category this is in? It could be Magic Mushrooms or Legal weed and this dumb company would screw it up. You googled BMS & Neuro and came up with Zeposia eh? How’s that working out so far? In the immortal Festivus words of Frank Constanza “This company couldn’t smooth a silk sheet if it had a hot date with a babe….”

I agree. We are way too negative at BMS. Lots to be optimistic about in 2024. Let’s get on the same page & make it happen. The Karuna opportunity is a BIG one. It is a BFD!

Gonna be interesting to watch how IT handles the technology integration, having wiped out the teams that were critical to the Celgene integration. Sorry Greg & Sydney, you can’t toss this one over the fence to the business units.

You IT folks are an annoying cost center. Fix those damn laptops, stop TEAMS from crashing & shut up. No one cares.
