4 years ago Atherotech runs to the OIG squealing like a little girl about HDL paying docs too much to draw. June 2015, the OIG finally slaps the hands of HDL, basically causing a fire sale of the company. November 2015, Atherotech is a shell of its self and is hemoraging money daily.

Let this be a lesson...focus on doing what you do best and don't be a little whiney tattle-tale bitch!

HDL was a qui tam defendant. Nothing to do with Atherotech crying to the govt. at any rate the crooks are gone. So cheers to that strategy

CP/ JM, if you are not careful, you will know what that feels like. But then again, you have CP to help defend. Good luck with that. You can't keep forcing your sales team to load up 15-30 test panels and still explain that it is medically necessary.

dont know where you are getting your information from but you are very misguided. Direction we get from corporate, which is clear and consistent on this matter, is to NOT sell large panels. Small medically necessary panels are helpful and ethical. Large panels are neither, and cause large bills which make for unhappy patients and clients. Why would we want that? Most definetly the Thermo Fisher folks a blowing whomever they can to keep their job or they be trying to explain rast testing and relying on some else to sell. Oh wait , they are still relying on other people to sell for them. I don't know one TF turd that can perform or than performing their lips to asses
