What youre stating makes no sense. It's the so called leaders of this organization that are forcing them to move who are the problem and have never given a shit. Really what it comes down to is there were a few hefty executives that lived in New Jersey and that's how this idea got off the ground. Furthermore, they now realize that it is hard to acquire talent as no one wanted to take a job and live in Hazelwood. One thing that is abundantly clear is that Mallinckrodt does not care nor want to invest in the individual. They lack the concept of treating their employees well.
