Well ConMed loses another long term dedicated employee all because she didnt agree with Karen Hutto. Karen has - after 3 long years - finally pushed Lynn Cleveland out the door. Even though Lynn has been nothing but dedicated to this company, because she told Karen that she was wrong, she became another one of her targets.

The morale in the HR department is at an all time low, the manager in the service center snaps her fingers at employees like they are dogs and Karen is slowly eliminating anyone that has ever disagreed with her. It is unfortunate that there is no management in the one area that should be the model.
 






i heard that someone is going to the dol and reporting conmed for not taking the proper taxes from sales people that travel within specific counties. sounds like new york will be coming after our employees
 






karen hutton isnt the only foul creature in the hr dept, nicole debourg is nother one. she is hardly ever at work and now that they have created a new position just for her i am sure she will be getting a paycheck for doing nothing. the whole hr dept needs to be cleeaned up.
 






and dont forget that the service center manager lies to employees, she really tried to act like Lynn made the decision to leave when the actually DEMOTED her thinking that would make her leave and when Lynn took the demotion Nancy wrote her up - the day after Lynn took the position!! when Lynn refused to work with Nancy who has NO management experience OR people skills - conmed told her to go and they escorted her out. An employee of 15 years that never missed a day, that worked 60 hours a week, that did nothing but be a good employee was escorted out. WOW!!! but they keep people like karen and nancy that snap their fingers at employees and when people bring up issues they think of ways to screw them!! Go ConMed
 






guess it doesnt matter at this point the HR people that don't kiss up want to walk out. this place is hell. we don't want to work for this management. conmed may be the only big employer in this area but no one wants to work for these people
 






Do you really think any of these people HC, KH, JD give a crap about anyone but themselves? They are not held accoutable for anything. All that matters to them is their cushy jobs.
 






you are right! they are just busy filling their accounts waiting for the day that conmed is sold. but funny enough apparently this lame leadership is worried that their secret for sloppy mismanagement has gotten out so now they are interviewing hr employees trying to find out who is telling their secrets. HA HA everyone at ConMed knows that the HR leaders are a joke and that their employees hate them and that the leaders think that employees are stupid and replaceable. things will not change here until someone gets their head out of their butt and cleans house on the so called leaders. wake up people
