karen and rich: did you mean to sound clueless and ridiculous on the xolair telecon?

I hope u both read this. That telecon was a total waste of time and proved what we minions already know:that you truly must. Not give a sh-t about us or your income has removed your connection to reality.

1) Xolair reps are afraid of beimg laid off/fired: truly while you traipse
Through the airport and sit your overpaid derrier in first class.

2) You didn't even acknowledge the issue that has us holding our breath; the internal screw up with the data. We don't believe that any new data is correct either! Come on, we're grossly under in # vial counts compared to our better paid, happier, and rewarded genentech bretheren. They got reward gifts fot the blockbuster status. While the both of you couldn't even spare $25 in measly points for us? Shame on you!

3) Feed questions through your manager??? Some managers are writhing snakes who, if we "feed" them questions would either yes us or hiss and slither before "feeding" on us.if you only knew what went on out here. If you only removed that layer of inequity between you and the sales reps, and actually took the time out to find out how completelt irrelevant some managers are? Do you realize that some of us can't ask or feed questions,

Many of us are truly unhappy and although we are mature reps, morale is subterranian. Lots of the top reps get calls 2 oe 3 times a week from recruiters. It's only a matter of time before your flock disperses.

Please stip taking us for granted, stop with these telecons where you speak as if you're addressing third graders. And for heaven's sake addree the real issues.

OMG that was an insane waste of time and $$$$. How much does it cost to run one of those telecons anyway???? You should have given us points instead. KB, please know that you are perceived as a cold person. we figure you don't care, as long as you please the powers that be.

EJ and SB knew how to inspire us and make us feel respected. You just inspire caution, fear, and a desire to quit.

SB actually called each of us personally for a half an hour to actually find out about us as people. He met the each district in person as a get to know you session. We each spoke in turn about ourselves and not just the rote, "I've been at Novartis for XXXX years first selling Zelnorm......." He gave us his personal cell #. I don't know if anyone ever called him, but it made me feel like the guy really cared.

Birns/Burns: everyone on the east coast is just thrilled not have to hear "sync or sink." Yay, what a an important metric to focus on!!!!!

Now that is someone you should emulate. You are just a distant figure who doesn't know what really happens in the field despite your having beem a rep. times have changed.
