Whatever it is you have to give them credit. I assume that like everyone else, they have mortgages and other bills to pay.

The company is trying to act like nothing is happening. From an article on USA Today:

Amy Thibault, a CVS communications director, did not acknowledge the walkout or address the organizers' allegations when contacted by USA TODAY.

"A small number of CVS Pharmacy locations in the Kansas City area are closed today due to unexpected staffing issues," Thibault said in a written statement. "We’re making adjustments and plan to reopen as soon as possible."

Someone said they are gong to stay out until the swallows return to Capistrano. But that may just be a rumor.

That is fine as long as you don't need your jobs. You know the people who walked out are going to have their asses fired off.

Corporate isn't going to do shit. They will label the walkouts as malcontents, fire them, and keep going on as before.

"Sometimes stores were over 1000 scripts behind" Let that sink in.

It looks some Walgreen's pharmacists are going to walk out in October. The problems are not just limited to CVS though it may be worse here. We will see.

Supposedly they are hiring more people to help alleviate the problems in Kansas City. I don't know if this will really happen though. Once the publicity dies down it will probably go right back to what was happening before.
