Just when you think Rick and AD couldn't go any lower they drop the ability to obtain new samples, sample at all, and tell us they don't trust us by making us obtain signatures on every call. I mean if I am going to get to 50 weekly TRx's and "march back into the office if I didn't get the job done" don't you think I should have something to give the doctor besides an interactive quiz?

Rick & AD, don't blame the sales force for your "who can make the most sales calls" contest that completely floopped and caused us to tank in March. But it must be that the sales people are just complete morons and need your thumb up our butt in order to actually move product.
 






On top of that I am surprised no one has mentioned that they are shorting us on our bonus!
Funny how we always get a bump on our monthly numbers until it is time to get paid out.

Are they paying us on monthly?
Why do we not get monthly data down to the physician level?

If they are skimming us things must not be good.

Funny, they stopped the sampling right before they decided to lay off half the sales force, it has to make one wonder.
 






This is common practice at Shitiva for years. They make you think they trust you then signatures on every call. They did say they would trust the sales force and then they did layoff 50%. Good luck but if you are not looking for a new job, you are crazy.

Hello, fake the sigs like I do. I have another job on the side and I will ride thus crap company for as long as I can. I work Tuesdays and Thursdays at par, make milk run with manager and give him happy ending so he doesn't turn me in. He loves it, protects me and I get 2 incomes. Try it, it works. If Adam rides with u take one for the team, as gross as it will be, he will cave, he is weak.

But I am killing my number with Nascobal. I took my territory from 3 scripts a month to 5. I am in the top 10% in the company. Oh, and I didn't have any of my doc's write me a script for it... like everybody did with Oravig.

We ALL fake sigs because we know that we don't have the money to check on fake sigs. Truth is Adam u did the same stuff when u were a rep and manager. You guys (reps) need to leave on your own terms. If you haven't noticed by now, upper managemnt cuts the sales force and rehires supposedly better reps whenever there is a massive layoff with other companies (like Novartis). And you have all heard the slogan, "there are alot of reps out there who would love to have your job." That is total bullshit... No one wants to come here anymore. NO ONE WANTS YOUR JOBS
For the seasoned reps, you all have had time to see how the folks are treated here. Why would you want to work in an environment where the leadership ATTEMPTS to lead by fear tactics. Leave on your own terms. ----Why dont you assholes (Brad, Maybe Rick, and maybe Adam) do a better job in hiring people instead of wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars on training dumb asses (people with virtually no experience), Only to fire them or force them out within 2 years. The morale of the sales force has always been low. Just look at the turnover rate the past 5 years. Thats because your leadership is insecure , hence the bullshit SIGNATURES, frequency jibberish, reach, and calls per day bullshit...
If you assholes (upper management) hired people you trusted you wouldn't need to treat EVERYONE like a fucking kid. Which means you could focus on the things that matter. Like Messaging, Speaker Events, Budgets, Patient and Staff education, NUMBERS, and field training. OH YEAH, and HIRING. Instead you send dumb fucking e-mails out telling your managers that you have a LIST of numerous bullshit topics that no one wants to be on. FUCK YOU

If you are doing well, dust off the resume and get the fuck out of there. Because if you don't, at one point or another you will be let go. FYI...People beware, especially if you are on the Nascobal team. If you are below goal and get a really bad FCR, don't answer the phone the next day. It will be your manager and TB calling to fire you. Getting prepared just like they did last year for layoffs...
 






Heard from my well connected manager during our ride day today that the second version of the IVA is going to allow for video upload. The video is going to pop up when you hit submit and then Rick is sitting behind his desk asking "Did you get the job done? Do you want to go back in and do that again?"
