Hi Everybody glad to be on board My new position is to ensure that value is achieved as anticipated from the outsourced relationships under management at all locations outside of Lake Forest, covering in excess of 50 locations across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and North America. Being a global leadership role, to unify, harmonize and establish a strong working relationship between the Hospira regional entities, Enterprise functions at Lake Forest and with outsourced partners. Specific Responsibilities Will Include Lead IT infrastructure service delivery organization across all Hospira regions ( outside of Lake Forest). This includes managing the IT infrastructure services that are both outsourced and insourced and ensuring that these services are meeting the needs of both the business and business applications.I must also Balance the needs and requirements of the regions to support the overall goals of the enterprise, through a process of harmonization and repeatability of service delivery, leading to unification Develop frameworks to enable the regions to work cohesively with the Enterprise, in supporting the Develop and execute a regional service delivery transformation vision for long term benefits to the organization Develop and influence the Service Delivery Managers (Hospira and WiproThird party vendors) to promote proactive actions and frameworks Coordinate infrastructure activities globally between IT Architecture, Engineering, and Operations while intently focusing on the business I have over 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure related field, preferably in an outsourcing / managed services environment. I possess Strong Technical background I have a Balanced level of understanding and working across all IT Infrastructure Technologies. I have vast Experience in a management role of technical teams involving both functional and matrix resources. I managed and worked with outsourced infrastructure services i have the Proven ability to manage, lead and motivate geographically dispersed technical teams. I always Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and direct both operational and project-focused resources. Iam also Able to function in complex and challenging managed service environments while maintaining the ability to influence change and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions and understandings. I Demonstrate superior communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technology topics within all levels of the IT department.I also have some Experience in producing technical reports, analysis and statistical reports using desktop publishing software and IT tools related to this position I am sure the negativity on this board is not all true and find the posts on here look made up A company can't have this many problems that's for sure Thanks Again

This is (by far), the most poorly run company I have ever worked for. Do more with less, and like it. Regardless of all of the obvious quality and compliance issues, just smile and pretend that everything is OK. This is not how I roll. But it seems that this is the culture and it is supported wholeheartedly by upper management. Someone needs to give them a real kick in the ass in the form of regulatory action, or nothing will change.
