I get the need to change and growth. But why keep pushing RX when it hasn’t worked in years! Until it gets on formula, which it won’t, stop pushing it on reps. They are just asking for that cycle of “fake” scripts all over again. Instead of coming down so hard on these reps, upper management needs a good talking too! They all need to go Tom, Doug, Jen, Diane, Jess, Adam! Time to go!! Better yet just sell the company already (but don’t bring sr leadership!)
