It gets old seeing all these negative posts. This isn't a union. If you want that go into automotive which is where dying whining fools go. If you have talent you get paid. If your not getting paid, you're not talented...sorry the truth hurts. For all the talk of how many relationships you have, and how great a rep you are, it's amazing to see the same reps spend so much time bitching and moaning, and protecting their territory by doing the same thing they complain the company is doing. Done low paid your sub reps/asrs. You think your pay is unfair..quit. If you could find a better job you would, but you can't so the truth is your not worth what you think you are. Fact..maybe 5-10% of your surgeons truly would follow you to a new company. Everytime a rep gets let go all the talk is that territory is done, till the next rep comes in and all is fine bc in truth the territory dips 10%. That's it. I've seen reps who had to leave to go to war and come back and drs tell them "well you weren't here. Sorry. Not using ur stuff". FYI the executives know this which is why they can hire someone with a little experience and things roll on..every year this company grows...your not that important. How is it a 10 year rep can get fired and everyone thinks oh that territory is done, only to see it grow by high double digits soon after they've left. Keep complaining..your days are numbered, no one cares what you did 10-15 years ago. If you're not growing this year, head out bc there's someone just as good waiting in the wings who will
