No situational questions at all, just your drilling about rankings and they want a big fat brag book!!!! I guess employee referrals, experience and relationships don't matter anymore!!!!


how far back do they go on employment verification? what does the background check look like? I had a manager ask me about a job and my supervisor I had 10 years ago, can he call him ?well sure but I don't know how you would, he left the company and I'm not in touch with him . What do you say to that?

Gave me some red flags about the process and the manager-some companies don't even verify your previous employment if it's over 7 years !!

I kinda liked DSI but now I'm not so sure.....
 






well, no one is forcing you to be here, my friend, there will be plenty others to take your spot, with the lower salary. our frat culture is not for everyone, but i sure like to kick back with our DMs and RDs at meetings and get to know them personally. as for situational questions, i don't think they care how you do it or how well you get along with your peers, they just want you to be able to drive as much sales as possible before we lose it all to generics.
