Heard from Inventive today, my offer has been rescinded. They were short on details, but said they cannot pursue opportunities at this time, and that all offers are in the process of being rescinded. Settlement has been reached, Takeda will now retain all marketing rights.

Oh well, thought I had it. CRAP
 
























Nope, I had a feeling this thread was correct. I got the call this afternoon and I'm now looking elsewhere. They told me it was out of their control. Why can't someone just be honest upfront? They lead me to believe I had the job no matter what.
 


















wtf...I am interviewing next week. I am not sure if I should wast my time to prepare if "you just got word". I have searched web and cannot verify the arbitration decision that is claimed.
 


















I have a job so if it doesn't work out then it wasn't meant to be. When entering this siutation I knew it would be a contingent offer it is not like it was a secret. So all we can do now is wait and think positive.
