Just got a call from Baxter lawyer RE: Pulm sales practices

you need to be careful with that. that happened to me before and i turned it into my divisions business lawyer because it was not a baxter lawyer calling. turned out there was a third party attorney trying to get "dirt" on the company and that is why they were calling former and current employees.
 




I would say less than 10% of pulmonary reps can meet quota with the results that come back from test kits. TBMs whose territory doctors are more aggressive make their number. Territories that refuse to treat these patients, don't make their number. The TBMs don't make quota, don't get paid, and quit. 50% of the pulmonary territories are open b/c of the ridiculous quotas that can't be hit.
