...if anyone else's HD is enjoying a fabulous European spring break (thanks to a fat bonus, given that they're incentivized on vial sales), while the rest of us try to score 9's and 10's on surveys and cater to micromanaging HD's. I am not sure you have seen the bonus ranges, but most of the roles are compensated without huge disparity of ranges. Also, generating demand is still important...9's and 10's on surveys is just icing on the cake.
