I'm curious to see if people are getting different versions of tomorrow's conference call based on whether they are being retained. I'm a former Ista rep and here is what mine stated...

Field Sales Representatives,

As part of the integration, we made a commitment to you that we would move quickly but deliberately to make and communicate all people decisions. Last week, we finalized our sales leadership team with the appointment of our District Managers.

On Tuesday, June 26th (tomorrow), we will be reaching out to each of our sales representatives (Bausch + Lomb and former ISTA) regarding these decisions to discuss future roles within the company. To this end, we ask that you remain home on Tuesday to facilitate these important discussions. A member of our sales leadership team will reach out to you directly, and will be prepared to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for your continued commitment and professionalism throughout the integration.
