How many vacation and personal days do we get? (10 and 2... or is it more like 15 and 3?)

I think it's:

First year defined as 0 to 12 months = 10 vacation and 2 personal. (.83 days accrued per month.)


Second year defined as 13 to 24 months = 12 vacation and 2 personal. (1 day accrued per month.)

I was in the first wave with you back in June and I remember an email about this. I think I'm correct, but does anyone else know better?

I know we get 12/23 and 12/26 off for Christmas eve and New Years 2012.

Don't worry you will be able to have all the vacation and holidays you want off soon enough.
