July layoff









i heard it was the week before. they want to catch everyone before the holiday. I'm just taking those two weeks off. already have a few interviews lined up. maybe i can double dip if i survive the layoffs and just wait to get fired.
 








i call BS...why would we all be going to IPad training the during the last 2 weeks of June then if there are going to be layoffs the beginning of July. If anything we would have them before so they don't waste all the money for airfare and hotels.

Don't forget - they cut 6% of salesforce less than a month after Respimat launch meeting.
 
















Here we go again!! Overheard during lunch a discussion regarding a consulting firm getting ready to present their realignment/layoff plan for the organization! The rumor is that CardSpec and MetSpec with hit the hardest. Possibly combining the sales force because each group only has one product essentially. Some Inspec geographies may become hybrids because of access. Specifically non-teaching hospitals.
 




Well I work in the HO, I am so sorry to have to tell you this, but you are all being asked to stay home by the phone on Friday May 24th. The email will come the day before at 3:00. The above poster is right. Z-Associates has determined there are too many people for too little products plus the last climate surveys turned in by reps had a high amount of reps that said something to the effect that "we are tripping over each other" and "too many reps per pod". So by your own wish they have decided to do a head-count optimization. Had the field force not returned this response the cuts would not be so deep.
 








hahhhaaa ha. If only they would now allow the pod members to cast a vote on which one should be the one to go. This way they could save some money on these outside people and We would let the right person go. Would they listen to that one???
 




Well then I guess they are going to be paying for a lot of non-refundable plain tickets for the July POA that we all had to schedule before the 24th. Who is supposed to be affected....just spec/CSC or PCP also?
 








Why would they NOT lay off? What does a BI Tep say about Spiriva? Hey Doc. Left you some samples. Tradjenta is a me too. Pradaxa window is closed. No way does BI need primary care, specialty, InSpec, and Senior Care. Layoffs HAVE to happen.
