Judge ruling on the GSK lawsuit with Pernix

I know the meeting was on August 23rd. Does anyone know when the judge will make ruling on the $75 million in question. Big milestone here for company. Could make or break cash situation as that is a lot of money to swing one way or the other.

Again, can we only get replies from actual employees that may know approximate date judge will make his ruling based on the August 23rd hearing.

The decision got moved to February in the latest 10Q. If GSK wins, Pernix pays 15mil, if GSK loses, PTX gets 50mil.
 




























Too much hubris to let the one guy who knew what time it was to do his thing. There was only one guy in the C-Suite who had any commercial brand knowledge and the Dougie cabal cut him off at the knees every Tuesday
 




Really people....just like politics, it takes a village to spend money. So from the BOD, Upper Mgmnt down they all F-upped with the company. No one person is to blame, you only have yourself to blame if you get caught without a job and no severance at this point.
 




yes 3 village idiots about 2 1/2 yrs ago (trex) and 1 1/2 yrs ago (hillbilly heroin). Taken to the cleaners both times. Three (****)-addled horseman of the PTX apocalypse Dougie, Terry, and Sanjaya. So out of their depth. And Sedor and the Board let it happen.
