I’m think of joining the company and I’m in the interview process however reading somethings on here, talking to other reps and the manager has me a little concerned already. What this motus app? Never heard it or used it. Do they track employees to force an 8-5 day? What’s ACE? Do the managers do a lot of ride alongs? Is the pipeline really just some liquid formulations? How’s the culture? Thanks for all the help in advance!

Yes Motus tracks your every stop with an address. Yes 8 to 5 in field. Formulations are nothing new. Compounding formulations, nothing proprietary. Any pharmacy can compound medications.
You are led to believe it's some big new medication. Doctors laugh at reps.
This company has no future. Azurity investors are milking for profit.
Extremely high turnover and layoffs.
Unless you really need a paycheck don't do it. You will be micromanaged.

I do think it depends on which division. Adult, hospital or Pediatric. The job responsibilities and culture are very different between the 3. The adult division is like primary care, sample etc. Other 2 divisions are not. They are more account management with no sampling

company survey scored a 6/10 on all areas incl culture, satisfaction etc on most recent survey
Motus tracks your every move 8am-5pm and you’re required to keep it on entire time. Motus addresses has to align with accounts and doctors you called OR you won’t get paid. The home office shitheads including your manager spends half their time comparing addresses on your Motus to your calls 5 days a week
if you like being harassed and blamed for every damn thing, then this is the place to be!! Home office, HR and your shithead manager will be on your ass harassing you on the day to day. Good luck!!!
