The people that lead this company are hypocrites! The entire time I worked there the Credo survey was a joke. It should be read from bottom to top because money was always the primary concern and patients were always the least of their concern. At least at Synthes we had the AO as a guide. This couldn’t happen to a better group of assholes.

Laid off? Please, I got out years ago when all the other decent talent left. I like many others had all we could take and left for much greener pastures. Emphasis on greener. The lies, hipocracy, and total ineptitude pushes the talent out the door. As stated above, could not have happened to a bigger group of narcissist, assholes.

I left too and took my customer relationships with me. It sounds like that person who sarcastically called you out as getting laid off is still there drinking the piss Kool-Aid and calling it lemonade. That person is hiding right now hoping not to loose his job. The sales numbers there suck again and this article that just came out dropped JNJ stock prices down over 10%. Heads will roll at DePuy Synthes. All the low performers and fat will be cut.
