to make the finest employees stay, and the others go?

No, screwing around with PM ratings is a very old idea. Try harder.

And please, no underhanded remarks like, John, it is you who are the real problem.

Oliver Cromwell

Said pefectly so many years ago:
"You have sat too long for any good you have been doing. Depart, I say, and let
us have done with you. In the name of God, go!"
Please follow his words, now.

How about starting with reversing the supreme court decision that corporations are people, then making executives responsible for their sins against humanity, and a few other things to make the corporate environment more fair for the workers. Oh, and maybe corporations could behave a bit less evil? Just a thought.

Well, the way I see it, after I sock away about nine figures worth of savings, then the true humanitarian mission can begin. Stay tuned, thanks for your feedback, but please don't hold your breath.

What would you say if I provided 10% retention payments (one-time basis only) for those who receive Exemplary ratings? Sorry the rest of you will have to clean up your act.

Be lynched by an angry mob bent on revenge.

Clearly, you all have some growing up to do. I have thousands of followers who would protect me in case of attack. Most would throw themselves upon a nearby grenade to save their leader. Without a leader to look up to, what good is career, or even life, anyway?

The world is changing, you leaders have changed all the rules, so now you expect us to follow you blindly as you make decisions that wreck thousands of lives? You may want to watch your "loyal followers" for hidden knives.
