When you found out he was a fraud or were not intimidated by his bully tactics you were gone. He is the worst manager in my 20+ years in the industry. If he is singling you out, know it is not you. He does not know how to lead, mentor, problem solve, or support. As soon as you question him, he sets out to push you out and unfortunately HR at IT supports his behaviors without question. Do not work for him, it will never be worth it.

he got away with it at Forest forever and was rewarded for it. Why would he change? He continued it after they were bought by Actavis and then bought Allergan. Eventually he had his day of reckoning. But with a Forest Power structure in place at ITC the fact his reign of terror and incompetence has arisen like Napoleon is not surprising. He obviously feels his behavior is acceptable since he keeps getting rewarded for it. In reality he’s the smelly kid in class and thinks the reason so many different people sit by him is because he’s popular not because there’s no where else to sit. Look at his turn over every where he’s been. Those folks aren’t leaving because they are getting promoted.
