Victim of Mike's lack of leadership as COO. No MRI no chance! The Germans have better tech. Mike pushed out the independents that aided in keeping product division in line. Decision to go wireless vs mri, bad decision. NAVX wanders like a lost puppy, cardiology has expensive products without reimbursement, TAVR business model has been crap, CardioMEMS can't be sold in 1/6 of the country. Poor sales leader or poor Chief Operating Officer. Issues are operational. Multipoint can't solve those gaps.

Another stellar operational move, pass on cryo, pay a shit ton for a magnet then overcharge because it bolts onto a c-arm. Biosense biggest competitor is cryo not stj.
