Don’t get it twisted. Kowa keeps us around, not out of the goodness of their heart, but because they NEED us. They can’t acquire a copromote with a sales force. They’re not doing us any favors.
 






Agreed, 180 reps remain out of 311. (42% reduction) Kowa has zero chance of getting a copromote agreement with no sales force. So they are not paying us out of kindness. More reps are leaving every week, so that number will keep dropping.

They had a big reduction but selling BlinkRx will help Kowa till the next drug agreement. Something big is coming. Give it time. Go sell BlinkRx or Troll away because you may be one of the reps that got laid off because they couldn’t sell Seglentis or BlinkRx.

We have been hearing since September 2023 that something big is coming, just working on the details, etc. Why do you assume that posted comments are from Reps or DM’s that are no longer with Kowa? There are employees that are genuinely worried about their future and have families that depend on them being employed. Get your head out of your butt and have some empathy.

Par for the course, same empathy that was displayed regarding the lack of holiday emails from the leadership group to Kowa employees. Not one email thanking us for a tough and challenging 2023 year. Goes to show, they could care less about us. Wonder how much they will care when there are no sales reps left for there “something big is coming, give it time” copromote.

Another troll. Probably got laid off / forced out because they couldn’t sell Seglentis or BlinkRx. Kowa isn’t going to lay off the whole sales force. It already had a 40-45% reduction. They are working on something and will probably keep everyone and just have a smaller sales force.

Two more of my friends are out in this last week. I am happy for them. I am hopeful to anyone who stays because they can't get out. I also see that at this point it seems like those left are people who remain in an abusive relationship. It is going to be better because he/she didn't mean to. He/ She really cares. Wake up JM cares about JM. KOWA CARES. That is why this company still exists.
