At the next B+L jobs fair can B+L ask J&J, Alcon, Novartis, AMO, Cooper, Merck, Pfizer, Genentech, Metronic, and other biotech companies to come? Also, could B+L allow both laid off and current B+L employees to attend?
It is nice that B+L has these job fairs. Allowing the best of the best to continue their careers elsewhere is a really good idea. Only those left that like really boring development work will stay improving morale and productivity.
