Is there anyone that is currently working on a flex time cOntract? Will this position last for the full 2 years? If we are let go will unemployment be available? I'm on the Pfizer Premarin contract.
 






Nothing is certain on a contract sales job or any other job. I believe that the company hiring for contract sales can give 30 days to terminate the contract. Having said that the longer the terms of the contract... the better off you are. Any job could end at any time. You are eligible for unemployment benefits based on the requirements of your state and on your length of employment.
 






Thanks for that response this contract is for 2 years. I'm just having a little anxiety about it, but I have been thinking on it and I know that pharma is my passion so I am going to step out on faith and do my best. I was just thinking that when you work a contract job that does not qualify you for unemployument.
 












Part time or full time you qualify for unemployment if you are laid off and meet your state eligibility requirements. The amount that you get is based on your earnings.
