I sent in my resume for a posting in Columbus, Ohio - then I see this board and wonder... what's going on? Any insight? What is the potential here? Please - serious answers only!

hopefully you will hear from some of the people that were let go on friday. check with the people left at a location and see how well they are taking care of the patient, if you have no compassion this is the place for you.

Amazing you knew about this board, if you know nothing about the company.

Why would you say "serious answers only" if you indeed, just discovered this board? You are full of shit. What you're really trying to do is to bring attention away from something else, i think.

Run, run like hell! This is a serious answer. I wish I had taken the advice of posters on this board a few years ago. This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. The only chance of success is if the territory is rural and you have little to no competition. In a larger market, Rotech can't compete. They are so cash poor it's impossible to deliver on product. Save yourself and your reputation as a sales rep. Your only going to be hurting yourself and your credibility because there is no way you will be able to deliver what you sell. The arrogance, incompetence, finger pointing, and defensive attitude is rampant throughout the company. While I haven't meet any of the executives, I feel pretty confident they must be complete and total imbeciles!!!

Another disgruntled ex-employee who probably was fired and cries every night about it. I have dealt with people like you at my location before, and am glad to see you gone. Rotech is better for it, and those you left behind are much more effective in your absence. Rotech might not be for everyone, but It's like the Marines---the few and the proud.

Amen! I so agree.

The truth hurts doesn't it? Sounds like you might have a turnover problem at your location. I wonder why? Oh and your right, it is the "few and the proud".... who do well at Rotech, the sturcture makes it impossible for most to succeed. You seem pretty defensive, right in line with the corporate culture. A perfect example of why employees start out with high hopes and end up getting so frusterated they leave.

Soon to be ex employee, by choice baby!!!

If this is butch, I am suprised at how much time "he" has to comment on these boards. Business must be slow.

There seems to be mixed messages on this message board:

The TRUTH: Blotech is a poorly run company (explain the exceedingly high corporate debt, vans 10 years old with 250 miles and held together by duct tape, low retention/high turn-over of employeess, worthless morning meeting with threats of being written-up if you do not do as they say. RT's that are worthless and lose business, worn out sales blue-prints that do not provide any new value to the customers. Poor leadership by location managers and Area Director esp CZ (did not even go to college) but has authority over 7 locations. Worthless conference calls that do not have any value.

Please respond with all the positives regarding your location and company. Even Butch's comments welcome
