I made to final interview with DMs, RD, President and HR. Was told that I will get an offer by last Friday but Recruiter contacted me saying no offer. They decided to continue to interview other candidates. I have no idea... Did anyone got written offers? Is this smoke screen to what will eventually happen to everyone?

I don't know. Something shady is going on!
 






I too made it to the final round with HR, RM and President in Dallas. They told me Thurs or Fri May 4th they would call me. Got the rejection yesterday from InVentiv. Going to keep looking for more candidates.
 






I too made it to President and HR. Was told I would be receiving contingent offer letter. Got the call 2 days ago from inventive recruiter that they decided not to pursue me. As of right now, I do not know of anyone that received an offer.

Could it just mean you didnt pass the background check?
