Job Cuts

To date....the biggest job cuts are from two companies: Bank of America 30,000 and Merck 13,000...over a period of years. That's a whole lot of families that will be affected. Striving to be the "biggest" seems not to be the best policy.

Bigger is not better. All they do is merge and cut and reward Wall Street and the execs at the companies. Working for smaller companies is the best future for a young person starting in any industry today. There is no future working at a big Fortune 500 company anymore.

Get ready the lists are in the vault and HR is wringing their hands. The last 2 years the Directors have made sure the managers have either PIPed, letter in file, or manipulated sales objectives to document lack of performance for those on the list for 2011/2012.
