Job Boards That Charge Fees: Your Opinion?

Is it worth it to join a pharma/healthcare job board that charges a fee for membership? Has anyone out there had better luck in finding positions this way?

Pay job boards have not landed me one interview. I have been a member and feverishly posting for med and pharma sales and have not even gotten one call. I have gotten my interviews from linkedin, networking and recruiters.

Feverishly posting on paid job boards for a job? Well that doesn't make sense, typically you would apply to a job and if you're not getting a job, it might have something to do with your background or the feverish postings that don't address what the hiring company is looking for.
