I have been in the medical field for a number of years. I have worked in wound care and orthopedics in the midwest. I usually come to CP for information but end up reading the nonsense. I believe we can pull some decent use of CP on this thread.
I believe the turnover trend will continue and may rise over the next several years. Why dont we keep a conversation going on regrarding job opportuniites, good and bad recruiters and job boards? WE all may need this at some point or know someone who will need it.
No rules. Just offer something useful. If you know a good recuiter, get his permission and put him on the thread. If you had a bad experience, avoid legal issues and mention company name.
