Jerry and Gerard, it's time for a sales force survey

You guys have proven you are very good at your jobs. There is no doubt you are a big reason why Forest has been so successful.
Unfortunately, the pride, culture, belief, and confidence that was once inherent in the sales force no longer exists. The sales force is just one part of Forest and I cannot speak for other departments. However, doesn't it all come down to the field force? We are the faces of Forest. We know how fortunate we are to be a part of such a successful company. We appreciate being well compensated, trained, and the resources you give us.
Please! Trust us more. Solicit our ideas and opinions. We are an unbelievably valuable resource. We GET it. It's hard for us to understand why we have absolutely zero ability to share our ideas. It creates a pathological process.
Have you seen the speech given to the freshman at West Point, "LEADERSHIP AND SOLITUDE"? If not, check it out.

You stupid fucking moron - do you think Gerard and Jerry give a shit about what the sales force thinks??!!? They would never send out a survey because they wouldn't understand half of what would come back.
