It's not a name, that's the problem. Jeron's whole life appears sculpted around the fact that his parent ally chosen "nomenclature" sucks. He therefore overcompensates for his crappy name by being a clueless, arrogant d!ck, and regurgitating leadership book quotes that he himself doesn't even follow. He surrounds himself with ass kissers and personal friends, even recruiting them from elsewhere aboard this Titanic, so there's no vacancies in his ranks. Never mind the fact that this place is cyanide for their careers. If Jeron didn't read it in a leadership book, he doesn't know it.

We only have a year protection for our salary and benefits IF they do not terminate us and if they even keep us that long. On the flip side, they would be stupid to get rid of everyone (sans upper management) they would instantly lose $$$.
 






Unless you have a written employment contract that explicitly specifies the duration, you are an employee at will and can be fired at any time for any reason including no reason at all. While senior managers might be the biggest asshats in the world, they typically have written agreements and are therefore protected.
 






Everyone's situation is unique however I, for one think if you are performing well in position then job security is pretty solid. They do not have Onc or Immunotherapy experience At Valeant so we are needed overall. No need for everyone to run around like the sky is falling. Gosh- stop with all the drama!!! It's not like we were bought by Pfizer!
