Like I posted on another thread, Pfizer completely underestimates the politics involved in CDC and ACIP. They also OVERestimate their marketing team. Add in the arrogance of two Prevnar 13 price increases in one year and bada bing!
 




I've known Jeff for a long time when we were at Wyeth, but lost touch after I got the axe from Pfizer. I know he was kept and I always had alot of respect for him. He would say: "If you ever get in a position that requires you to make a decision on how to handle something, Always do the RIGHT thing , because it's the right thing to do. If you do that, I'll always have your back." He never proved those words wrong. So what's he got to do with all of this? Has he survived the meatgrinder and moved up the ladder?

Jeff is one of, if not THE, best leaders I have come across in my 20 years in this industry. I agree with the previous poster.. What does HE have to do with any of this???
 




Jeff has nothing to do with this. The point was, make sure your new boss understands the "why" behind current PCV13 adult "situation." Agreed, Jeff is a good leader. He is not the typical pfizer sales vp asshole. I wanted him to be armed with relevant information. Kudos to the above who had Jeff's back. He has earned this.
 




















Pfizer has bought up a lot of committees and authors in its history. Ghosts of past are coming back to haunt.

Ironically, Merck vaccines West Point, PA and Pfizer Vacines Collegeville, PA separate by roughly "13" miles.

Just a sales rep but..... Jeff will always do what is right. That is why I dont mind the BS!!! He is a down to earth LEADER. He has been there and done this !!!
