Let’s say the drug works…the copay card is more difficult to run than it’s worth, we have horrible marketing, new territories ans targets that are awful and no need in the market for the drug.

No it’s not. And it’s borderline ethical when an important factor such as this is hidden (data on file with Kowa Pharmaceuticals). Managers asking reps to beg their friends for scripts. How is this sustainable?
