I like Jared. He's a good manager and will do well at Allergan. Laid back but still chanllenges you. positive. You will have to "sell" to him...probably an item...if so, you will open the call give data about why the drug is supperiour then the benefits of the drug...and what those benefits mean to the doctor and the patient. then you close the sale by asking the doctor going forward to write your drug in stead of or in front of the other. good luck
