How is it that Jardiance is 9% over the January goal yet it is 10% less than what it did this time last year? This was shared on today’s town hall and just makes me wonder who is in charge of setting goals.

Why are you arguing with that. Over goal is over goal. Don’t fight it. You should be more surprised that your over goal. And goals are only going to go up. Don’t expect to coast in. Every month the nut gets bigger. Keep workinf hard until you bust that nut.
 












The goals are only going to go up. Because the required net sales are not coming from Cyltezo, Spevigo, Tradjenta, Spiriva or Stiolto. Iclepertin is DOA. CT155, Survo are a long way away. OFEV is doing ok but will miss budget again. Combivent pays everyone’s salaries.

A lot riding on Empa shoulders. Oh, don’t forget to include the massive discount/rebate (almost 80%) we take for Empa, then divide what’s left basically in half to share with the GLP1 partner.
